*spinach and ricotta filled pasta with cheese
*er, another un-iced gingerbread man (there are so many of them!)
*berry smoothie drink

Hmph. So unimpressed with myself... Where are the vegetables???

*cracker with cheese and relish
*apricot finger biscuit
*selection of vegie sandwiches (about the equivalent of one sandwich, but cut into little bits so as to seem posh)
*piece of vegie quiche-y thing
*bits of fresh fruit (melon, kiwifruit)
*fresh spinach-and-ricotta filled pasta with a little cheese (no veg, so naughty!)
*about three un-iced gingerbread men (they were broken, couldn't let them go to waste...)

So, uh, I don't think that's too bad, although dinner obviously needed veg added, and maybe I could have tried eating breakfast... And maybe three (ish) gingerbread men was a bit excessive... But that seems to be what happens when I bake. Good reason not to bake, huh?

*bowl of lemon meringue pie ice-cream

Hmm. Well, I'm on a training course which provides lunch, except they didn't provide any vegie options, hence the lack of actual lunch. How glad was I that I had a stray cereal bar in my bag??? And ice-cream... Oh, I needed it!

Erm, oops. Should eat more... So easy to shrink the stomach and then just forget! (having hands busy sewing bridesmaid dresses also helps destroy the diet)

Oops... Where are my nutrients, vitamins, other stuff? Still, no crappy snacking, I guess that's a good thing. I've lost almost 2kg in the last week - probably not great, I think; generally 1kg a week is seen as optimal. But oh well, makes me happy. ;-) And also puts me in the healthy weight range for my height, albeit at the very top.

Hmm. Not sure mine is a brilliant diet, but at least I'm not eating quite so much fat and sugar at the moment. Probably still too much, though!
